hereinafter, "Owner", owner of the website http://www.liquidflora.it (hereinafter, the "Site"), as the owner of the processing of personal data of users who browse and who are registered on the Site (hereinafter, the "Users") provides below the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter, "Regulations" or "Applicable Regulations").

1. Purpose of the processing

Users' personal data will be processed lawfully by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 6 of the Regulations for the following processing purposes:

contractual obligations and provision of the service, to allow navigation of the Site or to implement the Terms of Use of the Site, which are accepted by the User during registration on the Site and comply with specific User requests. The user's data collected by the Data Controller for the purpose of possible registration on the Website include: the email address, as well as any personal information of the User that may be voluntarily published.
